This role combines technical project leadership, business analysis, and agile delivery expertise to drive successful enterprise technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
You will manage complex IT projects while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional leaders.
The position requires translating business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and technical solutions that support operational excellence.

The Technical IT Project Manager & Business/Technical Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end technology initiatives while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. This role requires strong project ownership, agile facilitation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams toward successful outcomes.
- Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, stakeholder communications, and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate business teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and PMO dashboards while managing dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
- Facilitate agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and prioritization activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions while partnering with architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Conduct impact assessments, data flow analysis, and feasibility reviews for new capabilities, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and implementation readiness activities.
- Maintain project documentation, release notes, workflows, and operational artifacts to support successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, business operations, and technology teams to improve delivery processes and governance practices.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise technology projects while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and experience delivering solutions using modern project management and technology practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects and performing business and/or technical analysis.
- Proven experience delivering complex IT initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience creating business requirements, functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, integrations, cloud technologies, and data environments.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, MDM solutions, data platforms, Azure, AWS, or comparable enterprise technologies is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools including Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Lucidchart, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence teams, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Experience with certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, CBAP, or similar credentials is preferred.
- Competitive annual salary range of $124,000–$144,000.
