The Senior M365 Systems Engineer will be responsible for driving Microsoft 365 engineering initiatives, supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, and delivering secure, scalable solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Lead modernization efforts across Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade collaboration architectures, governance strategies, and automation capabilities.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure and reliable platform operations.
• Support the implementation of security and compliance requirements across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise collaboration services.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance for Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled workflows, including emerging Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Participate in operational support activities, including potential on-call responsibilities and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience engineering Microsoft 365 environments, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• High School Diploma required with significant relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree combined with Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with extensive hands-on experience designing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, governance, and migration strategies.
• Proficiency with OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience supporting compliance and security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, or CIS.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted workflows, or automation technologies is a plus.
• Ability to support hybrid work requirements and occasional travel as needed.
