Responsibilities:
- Maintains strict student confidentiality and ensures accurate, up-to-date documentation in student records.
- Help Student Success staff maintain files and process paperwork.
- Interact with students and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Completes data entry requests, maintains reports, files, copies information and mailing lists.
- Maintains accurate records such as spreadsheets and other related Student Success documents.
- Assists with planning, promoting and coordinating student success events and activities.
- A willingness to take on additional responsibility and work
- Management reserves the right to add, modify, change, or rescind work assignments as needed.

Typical Qualifications:
The job is in a fast-paced environment that requires good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills. Candidates will possess a working knowledge of computers, excellent oral and written communications skills, demonstrate student centeredness and be able to interact with a broad range of people with diverse backgrounds in a positive manner. Demonstrate commitment to the philosophy and mission of the community college.
This position is a part of the Federal work-study program, to qualify you must be a State Fair Community College student enrolled in the current semester and eligible for Financial Aid thorough the Federal Work-study program.Employment will require a criminal background check at college expense.
