  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project management practices, implementing scalable processes, and mentoring teams on program management best practices.
  • Support operational and organizational activities, including executive calendar coordination, vendor management, and administrative functions that enable security leadership.
  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within technology-driven organizations.
  • Previous exposure to cybersecurity, security engineering, site reliability engineering, or software engineering environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, web applications, servers, and general technology concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration and accountability.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Benefits
  • Part-time remote position.
  • Opportunity to lead impactful cybersecurity programs within a fast-growing technology environment.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture that values innovation and continuous learning.
  • Exposure to global engineering and security teams across multiple regions.
  • Opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives with meaningful organizational impact.
  • Supportive environment that encourages professional growth and best practice development.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity, inclusion, and reasonable workplace accommodations where applicable.
