The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving integrated campaigns, and delivering impactful creative solutions for leading brands.
This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and client partnership skills.
You will oversee campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Senior Account Manager will manage key client accounts, coordinate complex projects, and act as a trusted partner throughout the creative delivery process. This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic awareness, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication, strong partnerships, and successful delivery of campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, competitive environments, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Lead project workflows for integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including broadcast, digital, print, and outdoor.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, documentation, workflows, budgets, estimates, and reporting processes.
- Oversee campaign execution from initial concept through final production while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
- Act as a project leader for key accounts, collaborating with creative, strategy, production, and external partners.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients, confidently managing expectations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all delivered work meets quality standards and aligns with client objectives.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost tracking, estimates, and delivery within agreed financial parameters.
- Support senior account leadership in identifying new client opportunities and contributing to broader business growth.
- Proactively resolve client challenges while knowing when to escalate issues and seek additional support.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing client accounts within a creative agency environment, with strong project management capabilities and a passion for delivering outstanding work. They should combine commercial awareness, attention to detail, and strategic thinking with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a similar Senior Account Manager role within a reputable creative or advertising agency.
- Previous experience working with large retail brands is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign development and agency workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Strong production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
