As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Director to lead our operations team, drive performance, and ensure every project is executed with excellence.

The Role:
This is a leadership position for a highly organized, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As Project Director, you will oversee multiple restoration projects from start to finish while leading Project Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitability.

You'll play a critical role in mentoring your team, maintaining client relationships, solving complex challenges, and ensuring every project meets Sasser's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
Oversee and support multiple restoration projects from emergency response through completion.
Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers to maximize team performance.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and referral partners.
Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Review estimates, contracts, job costing, and project documentation for accuracy.
Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to support company growth.
Drive accountability through performance metrics, coaching, and regular team meetings.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and overall efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
Previous restoration management experience required.
Proven leadership experience managing Project Managers or Operations teams.
Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and reconstruction restoration processes.
Experience with Xactimate, job costing, and insurance restoration workflows preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Financially minded with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills.
IICRC certifications are preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
