Immigration Case Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Immigration Case Manager based in United States .

This role offers an opportunity to support organizations and professionals navigating complex Canadian immigration processes within a technology-enabled global environment.
The Immigration Case Manager will manage end-to-end corporate immigration cases with a strong focus on Quebec immigration matters.
You will provide strategic guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
The position combines legal knowledge, case management expertise, and client advisory responsibilities.
You will work on diverse immigration files while helping businesses successfully manage workforce mobility challenges.

Accountabilities:

The Immigration Case Manager will oversee a portfolio of corporate immigration matters, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of immigration services. The role requires strong expertise in Canadian and Quebec immigration regulations, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage complex cases independently.

  • Manage a full portfolio of Canadian corporate immigration cases, with a particular focus on Quebec-based immigration processes.
  • Prepare, review, and submit compliant immigration applications, including work permits, permanent residence applications, and employer compliance matters.
  • Handle applications involving programs such as Global Talent Stream (GTS), Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Intra-Company Transfers (ICTs), specialized work permit categories, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Quebec immigration pathways.
  • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, eligibility requirements, timelines, risks, and available options.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, applicants, and internal stakeholders throughout the immigration process.
  • Ensure all applications comply with requirements from Canadian immigration authorities and relevant provincial programs.
  • Monitor case progress, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each stage of the process.
  • Provide clear guidance and proactive communication to support a high-quality client experience.
  • Stay current with regulatory updates and evolving immigration policies affecting corporate mobility.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Canadian immigration professional with strong knowledge of Quebec immigration programs and a proven ability to manage complex corporate cases. They combine regulatory expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support clients effectively.

  • Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) recognized by the relevant provincial immigration authorities.
  • Active membership in good standing with the applicable regulatory body.
  • 3+ years of experience managing corporate Canadian immigration cases.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including Quebec-specific immigration processes.
  • Experience independently managing high-volume and complex immigration files.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and immigration documentation standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering accurate work.
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to advise and build trusted relationships.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
