Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Account Manager – Supply is a strategic, commercially focused role responsible for developing and advancing supplier-funded marketing partnerships that strengthen Classic Vacations' position in the luxury travel marketplace. Serving as the primary marketing account manager for assigned hotel and tourism board partners across Hawaii, the South Pacific, Asia, Australia, the Americas, and other designated destinations, this position connects meaningful partner relationships with innovative marketing opportunities, measurable commercial outcomes, and sustainable revenue growth.

At the intersection of supplier relationship management, marketing strategy, and commercial development, the Marketing Account Manager – Supply leads partner discovery, annual co-op marketing planning, customized campaign recommendations, presentations, negotiations, and ongoing account engagement. By understanding each partner's objectives, commercial priorities, booking patterns, and destination needs, this role develops thoughtful marketing strategies that create mutual value while reinforcing Classic Vacations' luxury positioning and commitment to its Travel Advisor community.

The role also plays an important collaborative part in supporting Classic's European supplier marketing initiatives. Working alongside the Europe Supply team, the Marketing Account Manager contributes marketing expertise, campaign proposals, pricing and deliverable guidance, presentation development, execution coordination, and performance reporting. This partnership ensures European marketing initiatives benefit from consistent marketing expertise while maintaining clear regional relationship ownership within the Europe Supply organization.

Beyond relationship management, the Marketing Account Manager owns assigned co-op revenue goals, marketing pipeline development, forecasting, contractual coordination, and the successful transition of partner commitments into executable marketing campaigns. Working closely with Supply, Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Creative, Digital, and Finance, this role ensures supplier investments translate into well-coordinated initiatives that support advisor engagement, supplier production, and Classic's broader commercial objectives.

This is a relationship-driven, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together. Success requires commercial curiosity, creativity, strong organizational discipline, trusted partnerships, and the ability to influence outcomes across departments through clarity, collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose.

Why This Role Matters

At Classic Vacations, our supplier partnerships are more than business relationships. They are an essential part of how we create extraordinary travel experiences, strengthen our value to Travel Advisors, and bring exceptional destinations, properties, and experiences to life. Behind every successful marketing campaign is an opportunity to connect the right partner, the right message, and the right audience in a way that creates lasting value.

The Marketing Account Manager – Supply helps transform those opportunities into meaningful commercial results. By developing thoughtful, customized co-op marketing strategies, this role ensures that our supplier partners are not simply purchasing advertising placements. They are investing in purposeful campaigns that support their business objectives, reach Classic's Travel Advisor community, and contribute to measurable growth.

Equally important, this role brings clarity and accountability to the relationship between Supply and Marketing. With multiple destinations, suppliers, campaigns, timelines, and financial commitments moving simultaneously, success depends on everyone understanding the priorities, the expectations, and the outcomes we are working toward. The Marketing Account Manager creates that connection, helping teams move from individual responsibilities to coordinated execution.

The position also plays an important role in strengthening Classic's commercial discipline. By maintaining visibility into co-op revenue opportunities, forecasting commitments, coordinating contracts, monitoring campaign performance, and partnering with Finance on billing and reconciliation, the Marketing Account Manager helps ensure that strategic opportunities become accountable business results.

Consistent with Classic's commitment to organizational health, this role demonstrates how trust, clarity, and shared accountability strengthen performance. The Marketing Account Manager leads assigned supplier marketing relationships with confidence while partnering collaboratively with regional Supply leaders, particularly in Europe, where the role contributes specialized marketing expertise in support of established account ownership.

Ultimately, this position helps Classic Vacations create more than successful campaigns. It helps build stronger supplier relationships, more effective marketing investments, greater advisor engagement, and sustainable commercial growth. When our partners succeed, our Travel Advisors gain access to compelling opportunities, our organization becomes stronger, and the Classic® difference becomes even more meaningful.

•Financial Integrity: Support accurate, transparent financial reporting through timely documentation, disciplined follow-through, and consistent coordination across Supply, Marketing, and Finance.

Marketing Campaign Planning, Execution & Performance

•Campaign Performance Monitoring: Review campaign performance, supplier outcomes, and relevant engagement or production indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

•Proof of Performance: Coordinate the collection and communication of appropriate campaign performance documentation and reporting to support supplier commitments.

•Optimization Opportunities: Identify opportunities to refine marketing recommendations, improve campaign performance, and strengthen the value of future supplier investments.

•Follow-Up Investment: Use campaign outcomes and partner feedback to identify appropriate additional marketing opportunities and support ongoing account development.

Supplier Production, Market Intelligence & Commercial Opportunities
