Job Description

ECE Subhub is hiring a full-time Associate Teacher to support Bussey Early Childhood Center with Southfield Public Schools. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term experience in early childhood education.

Our team provides training, guidance, and ongoing support so you can feel confident in the classroom.

As an Associate Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities may include supporting daily routines and transitions, helping implement lesson plans and classroom activities, assisting with child observations and documentation, supervising children to keep them safe, building positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining a warm and professional classroom presence.

This position is a good fit for someone who wants consistent, full-time weekday work in one classroom, whether you are early in your early childhood career or returning to the field.
