Powers Health is hiring a RN fellow for 4 North to work various shifts at Community Hospital in Munster, IN.

The goal of the Community Hospital Nurse Fellow program is to assist the nursing student with the development of clinical skills. The Nurse Tech, in an atmosphere of acceptance and support, will learn the art and science of Nursing within the framework of The Community Hospital Department of Nursing philosophy, goals, and standards of care. Under the direct supervision of the team leader, the Nurse Fellow shall be given time to learn, and an opportunity to practice.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Current enrollment in an accredited School of Nursing in good standing
• Must have successfully completed at least one semester of clinical experience which includes basic nursing fundamentals in a clinical setting.
