Role Overview: This role provides care for patients with heart conditions by continuously monitoring their cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment. Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience required.
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions.
- 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required.
- Certificates Required: AHA ACLS and BLS, NIH required. Med and arrhythmia exam required.
- State license
- First time travelers accepted.
- Skills: IV therapy/Phlebotomy – Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs
- Work Settings: Cardiac Telemetry, Telemetry, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Neurological/Psychiatric
- Medications: Heparin Protocols, PCA, Titrate Cardiac Drips
- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry – on unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
- Strong Cardiac Stepdown needed.

- Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
