Here's what we know for this Contract-to-Hire position:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst in our Chicago office (or in our Farmington Hills, MI office with ability to travel to client in Chicago when necessary.) This person will be responsible for providing application support in compliance with service level agreements. Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications, and successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently. The Systems Analyst interfaces with customers, other developers, and colleagues to determine solutions utilizing a variety of hardware and software technologies and makes minor enhancements when needed, modifications to existing modules, and/or package implementation.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS:

• 3-7 years of experience with C#
• 4 to 7+years of experience with SQL Server
• 4 to 7+ years of experience with asp.NET
• 3+ years on Azure cloud technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Provide .Net/SQL applications maintenance and production support.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Maintenance of existing applications.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills.
• Follow standards where identified.
• Triage incidents with multiple stakeholders
• Systems Integration Testing
• Coordinating customer acceptance testing
• Creates status reports and schedules.
• Assists in the development and presentation of various analyses to management (e.g., organizational, systems, feasibility, and cost/benefit studies, implementation plans).
• Assists in the analysis of complex client and technical problems requiring diagnosis, testing and judgment of which approach or procedure is most appropriate.
• Ability to work both autonomously and with a team using onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Develop a basic understanding of the industry and the products and services of the company.
