The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ambition, teamwork, continuous improvement, and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research prospective accounts, identify customer needs, and connect those needs with relevant products and services.

  • Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and determine their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Engage professionally with prospective customers, including high-level stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Develop effective sales plans and manage activities across assigned accounts and territory.
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams and internal partners to support pipeline development and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated, and professional approach when interacting with internal teams and external prospects.
  • Consistently work toward and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales development targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the product portfolio and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact during early-stage prospect conversations.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 0–1 year of previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a related internship.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed sales organization.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements and connect business challenges with relevant value propositions.
  • Strong professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and time demands while meeting production goals.
  • Strong drive, resilience, competitiveness, and determination to achieve results.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative sales environment.
  • Confidence and adaptability when handling rejection and navigating high-volume prospecting activities.
  • Ability to learn new sales tools, technologies, and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior SDR experience supporting government accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Orum, Outreach, Regie AI, Salesforce, Seamless.AI, or ZoomInfo is beneficial.
Benefits:
  • $50,610–$59,500 USD annual base salary.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Potential equity participation.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Remote position within the United States.
  • Opportunity to build a career in technology sales through hands-on prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Exposure to medium and large enterprise accounts and senior decision-makers.
  • Collaboration with distributed sales teams and cross-functional internal partners.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in AI-powered cybersecurity and enterprise technology solutions.
