Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a team of service and sales professionals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that Graham Tire customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members to achieve performance goals

• Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and customer relations

• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective leadership and operational management

• Maintain proper inventory levels of tires, parts, and related products

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and employee performance reviews

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility

• Work closely with regional leadership to achieve company objectives

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail tire sale, automotive service sales, or related industry preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Sales and customer service experience required

• Mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred but not required

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software

• Valid driver's license
