Brand Strategist
Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Fri: 8 am – 2 pm
Pay rate: $95,000 - $115,000
Type: Full Time On-site
Location: Farmingdale, NJ (Fulltime)

Position Description
The Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of strategic, sales-driven marketing initiatives designed to generate pipelines and strengthen market positioning.
This role is responsible for planning and executing 6–12-month forward-looking campaigns that directly support revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation, trade shows, outbound marketing, and digital engagement. You will act as a key partner to the sales team, ensuring marketing efforts translate into tangible business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute continuous 6-to-12-month marketing strategies focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact
• Develop integrated B2B campaigns that support outbound sales efforts and inbound lead generation
• Plan and manage marketing initiatives around trade shows, key business cycles, and strategic growth periods
• Partner closely with sales to align targeting, messaging, and follow-up strategies
• Create and execute campaigns aimed at expanding into new and international markets
• Own and manage company social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn) with a focus on engagement and lead generation
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that supports sales conversations and differentiates the brand
• Support outbound efforts with campaign-driven touchpoints (email, content, social, event follow-ups)
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on lead quality, conversion, and ROI
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer-facing channels

o LinkedIn growth and outbound support strategy
o Performance tracking and optimization

5. Market Expansion (Domestic & International)
o Market targeting strategies
o Campaign localization and positioning
o Competitive insights and opportunity identification

6. Performance & Reporting
o Lead generation and pipeline contribution reporting
o Campaign ROI analysis
o Continuous optimization recommendations
Qualifications Required
• 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or B2B marketing
• Proven track record of building campaigns that generate leads and support sales growth
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing drives pipeline
• Experience planning campaigns around trade shows, events, and outbound initiatives
• Ability to think strategically and execute with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Experience managing social media accounts in a business setting
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Farmingdale, NJ
Preferred
• Experience working in a sales-driven or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
