Nurse Recruiter in at IV Active

IV ACTIVE is a fast-growing, physician-owned mobile wellness company delivering premium IV hydration and vitamin therapy services. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and onboard exceptional Registered Nurses for our expanding mobile IV therapy team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare recruiting, understands clinical talent, and enjoys building strong relationships with high-performing nurses seeking flexibility and autonomy outside of traditional hospital settings.

You’ll play a key role in helping scale our clinical team while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding.

• Source and recruit qualified Registered Nurses for mobile IV therapy roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through our ATS system
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Educate candidates on the IV ACTIVE opportunity, compensation model, and company culture
• Coordinate onboarding with leadership
• Maintain organized recruiting workflows and applicant tracking
• Develop strategies to attract top nursing talent in competitive markets
• Represent the IV ACTIVE brand professionally across all recruiting efforts

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting nurses or clinical professionals is a major plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to professionalism and candidate experience
