This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partnerships Team Lead in United States.

This role is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing agency partnerships function within a fast-paced, tech-driven staffing marketplace. You will own the performance of a national agency network that directly impacts fulfillment outcomes for clients and job seekers. The position combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and operational execution in a highly data-driven environment. You will build and coach a team that manages supplier relationships, drives performance accountability, and optimizes supply-side efficiency. Acting as a senior external-facing representative, you will engage directly with agency partners at executive level to strengthen collaboration and commercial outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions shape supply strategy, network performance, and overall marketplace success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team, setting high performance standards, defining clear goals, and building strong commercial and data-driven capabilities.
  • Own agency network performance by managing fulfillment KPIs, conducting QBRs, and holding partners accountable for fill rates, service levels, and quality outcomes.
  • Design and execute supplier strategy, including agency selection, rebalancing supply, and offboarding underperforming partners to optimize network efficiency.
  • Build scalable, AI-enabled operational processes through automation, reporting systems, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
  • Manage agency commercial relationships, including rate card negotiations, pricing strategy optimization, and contract discussions.
  • Translate network insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders across Revenue, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Identify and resolve structural gaps in processes, tools, or team capabilities to continuously improve performance and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams in a high-volume, fast-paced operational or support environment.
  • Experience in staffing, MSP, recruitment, or supply-side marketplace businesses, with understanding of agency operating models.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and instill accountability and operational discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder and partner relationships, including challenging commercial or performance conversations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience interpreting KPIs, building reports, and driving decisions based on insights.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience in pricing strategy, negotiations, or supplier management at scale.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Miro, Monday, Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: experience working in global, distributed teams or within large-scale HR, staffing, or workforce platforms.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $95,000–$130,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity up to 12% of annual salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • 25 days of PTO (pro-rated) plus birthday off, paid holidays, and additional wellbeing days.
  • Flexible working arrangements within a modern, tech-driven environment.
  • Equity in a high-growth marketplace organization.
  • Volunteer days and employee benefits programs supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling, innovation-focused company.
