We were built by operators. Our CEO spent 7+ years in industrial labor at RigUp and Traba and has personally interviewed tens of thousands of frontline candidates. The teams running frontline hiring are underwater. That is the whole problem, and it is why almost nobody in this space has a structured process. They post a job and review applicants as they come in.

Three ways we work with employers:

The platform. Sam, our AI recruiter, reaches every applicant within minutes. Text prescreen first, then a real voice interview built on your hiring managers' actual bar, not a generic script. Qualified candidates get booked straight onto the calendar, with reminders at 24 and 2 hours. Everything writes back to your ATS, and we connect natively to essentially all of them. Two things people find surprising: the resume is scored but it never gates the interview, so strong candidates who write bad resumes still surface. And 30 to 40% of interviews happen outside 8 to 5, because the best candidates already have jobs.

Sourcing. When the problem is volume rather than process, we run sourcing on your open roles. Services. Achilles Embedded is us running your frontline recruiting for you. You get an embedded recruiter who works as an extension of your team, owning the roles you assign them end to end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and moving people through to offer. Think of it the way you'd think about an RPO, except our recruiters run on the Achilles platform, so one person can carry a load that would normally take a team.
