This role is an opportunity for a performance-focused growth marketer to drive customer acquisition and business growth in a fast-moving digital environment.
You will own marketing initiatives from campaign execution to strategic planning, using data and experimentation to unlock new opportunities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape acquisition strategies, optimize conversion journeys, and improve marketing efficiency.
This position combines hands-on execution with analytical problem-solving, giving you direct ownership over impactful growth initiatives.
You will manage campaigns across multiple channels while developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and unit economics.

As a Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of acquisition performance, campaign optimization, and growth initiatives across key product areas. You will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on execution to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Own acquisition performance for assigned product categories, becoming the primary expert on key metrics, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Analyze unit economics including CAC, LTV-to-CAC, contribution margin, and payback periods to guide investment decisions and improve growth efficiency.
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience strategies, bidding approaches, and performance adjustments to achieve growth targets.
- Investigate performance trends, identify root causes behind changes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap covering creative, audiences, landing pages, and conversion improvements.
- Create performance-focused creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful marketing assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, landing pages, and onboarding experiences through experimentation and collaboration with product teams.
- Grow into strategic channel ownership by contributing to quarterly planning, forecasting, and budget recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on growth marketing professional who combines strong execution skills with analytical thinking and a passion for experimentation. You should be comfortable managing performance campaigns, interpreting data, and operating independently in a high-growth environment.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar acquisition-focused role.
- Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, mobile advertising, and/or direct mail.
- Experience developing, testing, and optimizing performance creative across formats including static, video, and user-generated content.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence or product analytics tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Solid understanding of marketing measurement fundamentals, including UTM tracking, conversion tracking, attribution, and server-side events.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, subscription, or similar growth-focused businesses is strongly preferred.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable independently identifying problems and developing solutions.
- Strong ability to use data objectively, adapt based on insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, healthcare/wellness industries, affiliate or influencer acquisition, incrementality testing, or quarterly channel planning is a plus.
