LEAD FIELD TECHNICIAN in Cincinnati, Ohio at Uptown Rental Properties LLC

Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Uptown Rental Properties is looking for a Lead Field Technician to help maintain our apartment communities and ensure residents have a clean, safe, and welcoming place to call home.

• Complete maintenance and service requests efficiently and with quality.
• Perform routine property care, including grounds maintenance, trash removal, snow removal, clubhouse cleaning, replacing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, and other recurring tasks.
• Conduct property inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs.
• Work closely with the Field Supervisor to prioritize work and communicate project updates.
• Assist teammates with larger clean-out projects and tasks requiring extra support.
• Serves as a point person for all field tech related activities.
• Update work orders, labor hours, and inspections using our property management software.
• Help ensure our communities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Care for company vehicles, tools, equipment, and other resources.

• Ability to lead a team.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, walking, bending, and working outdoors in all seasons.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance or general labor is preferred but we're willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
