You will partner closely with operational and corporate teams to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple entities. The position combines advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis with direct exposure to leadership initiatives and business transformation projects. You will play a key role in developing insights around profitability, cash flow, and performance optimization while helping guide strategic financial planning efforts. Accountabilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across anesthesia operations, including multi-entity and full P&L performance evaluations.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Lead financial modeling and analysis related to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) initiatives, including EBITDA impact, cash flow timing, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support operational and financial performance improvements.
  • Support monthly operating and financial reviews through revenue, expense, and budget variance analysis.
  • Assist with the preparation and development of annual budgets and forecasting activities.
  • Develop presentation materials and financial analyses to support the launch of new anesthesia entities and operational initiatives.
  • Recommend financial targets and monitor progress toward achieving operational and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders and corporate teams to deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or healthcare finance environments.
  • Strong experience with multi-entity financial analysis and full profit-and-loss management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience partnering across operational and corporate teams.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational review processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Healthcare industry or anesthesia-related financial experience is considered a strong advantage.
