- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across anesthesia operations, including multi-entity and full P&L performance evaluations.
- Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis related to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) initiatives, including EBITDA impact, cash flow timing, and sensitivity analysis.
- Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support operational and financial performance improvements.
- Support monthly operating and financial reviews through revenue, expense, and budget variance analysis.
- Assist with the preparation and development of annual budgets and forecasting activities.
- Develop presentation materials and financial analyses to support the launch of new anesthesia entities and operational initiatives.
- Recommend financial targets and monitor progress toward achieving operational and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders and corporate teams to deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or healthcare finance environments.
- Strong experience with multi-entity financial analysis and full profit-and-loss management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience partnering across operational and corporate teams.
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational review processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Healthcare industry or anesthesia-related financial experience is considered a strong advantage.
