This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and technically minded product leader to help shape the future of cutting-edge database and IoT solutions within a fast-growing deep-tech environment. In this role, you will drive product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment while collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and executive leadership teams. You’ll contribute both strategically and hands-on, helping teams solve complex technical challenges and deliver scalable, industry-leading products. The position offers strong ownership, direct influence on company growth, and the chance to work in a highly collaborative international culture. Ideal for someone passionate about data technologies, SaaS innovation, and product excellence, this role combines leadership, technical depth, and customer-centric thinking in a dynamic remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve product strategy, vision, and roadmap for database and IoT-focused solutions in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, technical writing, and operational stakeholders to drive successful product execution.
  • Manage multiple product priorities simultaneously while establishing measurable goals and ensuring organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, new product initiatives, and strategic focus areas that support long-term growth.
  • Coordinate roadmap planning and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across teams and business units.
  • Develop and improve processes for product ideation, experimentation, and hypothesis testing to support continuous innovation.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product success metrics to guide data-driven decision-making and optimization.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing the product vision and value proposition to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, including senior-level ownership or leadership responsibilities.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience as a Software Engineer or in a highly technical engineering role.
  • Strong experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Background in databases, data processing, streaming technologies, or related technical domains.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS products, web technologies, open-source ecosystems, and software lifecycle management.
  • Deep technical knowledge of software engineering principles and modern product development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
  • Comfortable operating both as a strategic leader and as an individual contributor when needed.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity across Europe.
  • Competitive compensation package with long-term growth potential.
  • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance and productivity.
  • Employee Stock Option Plan participation.
  • Flexible holiday policy and wellness-focused perks.
  • Learning and education support for continuous professional development.
  • Collaborative and international work culture with diverse global teams.
  • Opportunity to help shape the strategy and growth of an innovative deep-tech scale-up.
  • Inclusive, supportive, and people-first environment focused on collaboration and innovation.
