In this role, you will own and evolve a global digital web ecosystem that sits at the core of a high-growth international technology business. You will shape the end-to-end online experience, from first interaction through to lead conversion, ensuring a seamless, data-driven, and high-performing customer journey. Working at the intersection of strategy, content, analytics, and marketing technology, you will leverage advanced tools such as AI-driven personalization, CMS platforms, and marketing automation systems to optimize engagement and conversion. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership position where you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, IT, and external partners. Your work will directly influence global brand visibility, demand generation, and digital performance across multiple markets. - Define and lead the global web and digital experience strategy aligned with brand positioning and demand generation objectives
- Own the end-to-end website ecosystem, ensuring a seamless user journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Drive content strategy, localization, and optimization across global web properties to maximize engagement and performance
- Implement AI-driven personalization, A/B testing, and CRO strategies to continuously improve conversion rates
- Oversee AEO strategy, tagging architecture, and analytics frameworks to ensure accurate tracking and actionable insights
- Manage CMS platforms and ensure scalability, UX optimization, and integration with broader marketing technologies
- Lead HubSpot and martech integration, including CRM alignment, automation workflows, and lead scoring systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) and external vendors to deliver high-performing digital experiences
- 7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital experience management, or similar roles in B2B tech or industrial environments
- Strong expertise in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal) and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
- Proven experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and AEO/tagging strategies
- Solid understanding of CRO, A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven digital optimization tools
- Experience managing global web operations and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Leadership experience, including team and/or vendor management responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and analytical topics
