Job Description
SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for planning, design, management, and deployment of enterprise server/workstation technical support including oversite of configuration, administration, and maintenance of all related hardware/software and end-user technical support for the enterprise.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Director of Information Systems regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Information Systems Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise technical support. Supervisory experience/training required. Excellent organizational, communication, and diplomacy skills required. Previous call center experience required. Hardware/software installation, configuration, and administration skills required.
Other: Significant working knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS active directory, hardware & software troubleshooting required.
Preferred Education/Experience: ITIL framework experience recommended.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
