  • Develop structured project plans and manage end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives to ensure delivery against strategic objectives.
Requirements

You bring extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and commercial strategy within media or sports-related industries. You are a proactive dealmaker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate independently in complex, fast-moving environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or media operations, ideally within digital media, advertising, or sports organizations.
  • Experience working with sports leagues, rights holders, or large-scale media partnerships.
  • Strong track record of structuring and closing complex, revenue-generating commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executive-level partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with total compensation up to approximately $145,000 depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and potential equity participation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and parental leave
