This role is focused on supporting the operational and procedural flow of legal activities within a high-performance corporate legal environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the accurate management of judicial deadlines, publications, and procedural updates that directly impact legal decision-making and client operations. The position operates in a technology-driven legal ecosystem, where innovation and digital tools are leveraged to improve efficiency and risk control. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the organization and reliability of legal data and documentation. - Manage the distribution, control, and scheduling of legal deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedural timelines.
- Analyze judicial publications, notifications, and court communications to identify relevant procedural actions.
- Monitor and interpret procedural updates across multiple judicial systems (such as PJe, e-SAJ, eproc, among others).
- Support the organization and validation of legal data, ensuring consistency and reliability of information used for decision-making.
- Identify inconsistencies, divergences, or errors in legal records and contribute to corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance data quality, and optimize operational processes.
- Degree in Law (completed or in progress), without active bar association registration (OAB is mandatory not active).
- Experience with analysis of procedural deadlines and judicial publications or legal intimations.
- Familiarity with Brazilian judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to identify inconsistencies in legal data.
- Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
