In this role, you will act as a key driver of in-store execution and brand visibility across retail points of sale. You will ensure that products are well positioned, promotional campaigns are properly implemented, and shelf standards are consistently maintained. Working directly in the field, you will play a central role in strengthening product presence and improving customer experience at the point of sale. The position requires strong autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to store engagement. You will collaborate closely with retail partners to maximize execution quality and commercial impact. This is a dynamic, field-based role where your daily actions directly influence sales performance and brand success.
AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies in retail stores and ensuring strong product presence across assigned points of sale. You will work in the field to strengthen brand visibility, support sales performance, and maintain high execution standards.
- Visit stores according to the established planning cycle and ensure proper execution of merchandising guidelines
- Monitor shelves, assortments, and product availability, ensuring compliance with planograms and standards
- Implement promotional campaigns and secure optimal product placement in-store
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials and optimize their usage and impact
- Complete required administrative tasks and report field activities accurately
- Strengthen supplier preference by building effective in-store relationships
- Ensure strong product exposure and contribute to sales activation at the point of sale
This position requires prior exposure to merchandising or field sales environments, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in retail settings.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or field sales is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective store relationships
- Self-confidence, motivation, and a strong results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with digital tools and basic computer systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan visits and manage time effectively across multiple stores
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
