About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. Youll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support buyer teams with daily tasks.
- Analyze purchase requisitions.
- Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.
Education Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
