We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help us maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable living space for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean resident apartments, common areas, dining rooms, and community spaces according to daily and weekly schedules
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and disinfecting
• Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies, and assist with laundry as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department promptly
• Handle all cleaning products and equipment in accordance with safety and usage guidelines
• Ensure resident privacy and dignity is respected while performing cleaning duties in their living spaces
• Support a positive environment by interacting courteously with residents, guests, and team members
• Assist with room turnovers and preparations for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health and sanitation policies

Qualifications
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Friendly, respectful, and compassionate attitude when interacting with residents
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service
• Must pass background screening and meet health requirements
