Site Patient Access Manager in Athens, Ohio at Holzer Health System

The Patient Access Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Ambulatory Operations and will work cooperatively with the Department Chair, and/or Site Medical Director for managing daily operations of the assigned department to include staff, business operations, business development and advising senior administrative staff for future growth opportunities. Work with physicians/providers and patient care teams to define and implement efficient patient care systems specific to the department. Provide leadership in the development of objectives, policies, plans, programs and budget for considerations of senior administration. Leads staff of the department, works effectively with the Department Chair, and/or Site Medical Director for the assigned departments overall operation in order to accomplish all organizational objectives.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or Associate’s Degree with 3-5 years experience as a manager, supervisor or lead role in a health care setting
