Opportunity:
The Human Resources Manager position will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. Working with the Human Resources team you will continue to provide a best in class work environment for all Flyers. In this position you will lead Talent Acquisition and the full recruiting cycle, lead the management and execution of our benefit programs ensuring the delivery of a great Flyer experience. Drive the execution of the processes that will sustain an engaged workplace and ensure compliance to HR programs. The Human Resources manager will partner with the Vice President of Human Resources and the business teams to assist with other generalist responsibilities at Radio Flyer.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead, and execute Talent Acquisition for all positions:
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for all Flyer and intern positions.
- Lead the WHO screening process, training and sourcing strategy for each position.
- Lead the HR coordinator on the full recruiting cycle for all temporary positions
- Lead the selection, sourcing and management of our #1 rated internship program
- Manage recruitment vendors and partners.
- Manage benefit programs to deliver a great Flyer experience and maintain costs/quality of program. Coordinate the renewal process and all Flyer communication.
- Manage policy, legal compliance and handbook administration
- Provide front line Flyer customer service, employee relations, and provide coaching as needed.
- Responsible for the HR KPI reporting and HRIS system.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Communication or related.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with notable results.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 90,000. Final compensation is based on responsibilities, skills/experience level, and education, along with the Chicagoland area market, the consumer product industry, and company size. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and profit sharing, reflecting our commitment to rewarding those who drive company growth.
