ISS-Corporate is hiring! We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Product Sales Executives to join our Sustainability Software & Advisory Sales Team. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional with an interest in sustainability, ESG solutions, and technology.

In this role, you will sell a powerful suite of sustainability and ESG-focused solutions, including:

  • a comprehensive carbon accounting platform that enables organizations to measure, manage, and report their emissions with accuracy.

  • an advanced EU Taxonomy and CSRD compliance solution that simplifies sustainability reporting for enterprises.

  • benchmarking and advisory tools to enhance corporate ESG programs, including GHG accounting, materiality assessments, and social impact reporting.

Why This Role is Exciting

  • Unmatched Market Demand — Sustainability continues to be a top priority for investors, regulators, and corporate stakeholders. Our solutions are in high demand, giving you an exciting opportunity to sell into a rapidly growing market.

  • Engage with C-Suite Executives — You’ll work closely with Investor Relations, Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), CFOs, and even board members at public companies, influencing strategic initiatives.

  • Cutting-Edge Technology — Our innovative solutions provide businesses with tools to navigate ESG complexities, comply with evolving regulations, and drive long-term value for our clients.

  • Uncapped Earning Potential — Competitive base salary plus performance-driven commissions. The right candidate will thrive in our high-reward, fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with public companies and large enterprises.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including heads of sustainability, finance executives, and corporate governance leaders.

  • Strategically target accounts to uncover new opportunities and cross-sell solutions across ISS-Corporate’s sustainability product suite.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, sustainability regulations, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.

Who You Are

  • Experience working in a client-facing role for a minimum of 2 years, with experience initiating and developing new business relationships, understanding client needs, and supporting commercial objectives.

  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in a sales capacity, particularly selling SaaS, data analytics, advisory solutions, financial services, or sustainability-related offerings.

  • A natural connector who can initiate and build credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Effective at generating pipeline through proactive prospecting and opportunity development.

  • A strategic thinker who can identify client pain points and position ISS-Corporate’s solutions as a must-have.

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Someone with a passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. This role is sales incentive eligible.
