POSITION SUMMARY

Innercore Health is seeking a Market Sales Leader to lead regional growth, partnership development, and customer engagement efforts as the company expands its brain health and human performance platform into new communities. This high-impact role serves as a key connector between Innercore’s clinical-grade neurotechnology services and local employers, healthcare organizations, universities, athletic programs, military and veteran communities, and other mission-critical populations.

The Market Sales Leader will drive market awareness, cultivate strategic relationships, and help launch and scale new business to support local operations by developing referral pipelines, enterprise partnerships, and community engagement initiatives. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and clinical stakeholders to position Innercore as a trusted partner in stress management and recovery, resilience, sleep optimization, cognitive performance, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development and relationship management skills with a passion for healthcare innovation, human performance, and community impact. This leader should bring experience in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, healthcare or wellness-related markets, and multi-stakeholder relationship management. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort operating in a fast-growing startup environment, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling, and mission-driven manner.

Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Leads regional business development and market growth initiatives to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Innercore Health services.
  2. Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with employers, healthcare organizations, physicians, universities, athletic programs, military and veteran communities, and other referral sources.
  3. Builds and manages referral pipelines, enterprise relationships, and community engagement efforts to support sustainable market expansion.
  4. Conducts outreach, presentations, meetings, and educational discussions to communicate the value and impact of Innercore’s brain health and human performance solutions.
  5. Collaborates with executive leadership and operational teams to support new market launches, territory development, and expansion strategies.
  6. Maintains and manages CRM systems, sales pipelines, prospect tracking, and partnership activity reporting.
  7. Assists with local marketing initiatives, events, workshops, community partnerships, and strategic networking opportunities.
  8. Identifies and develops opportunities for employer wellness partnerships, healthcare collaborations, and performance-focused programming.
  9. Supports customer onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing engagement efforts to ensure strong client experiences and long-term retention.
  10. Tracks market trends, competitive activity, and community needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
  11. Collaborates cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and marketing teams to align messaging, customer experience, and growth initiatives.
  12. Contributes to evolving organizational priorities within a fast-paced, mission-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
  13. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional experience in sales, business development, account management, partnership development, healthcare outreach, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems, pipeline management tools, and standard business software.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in all interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical sales, B2B partnerships, human performance, startup environments, or community engagement initiatives is strongly preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION

All necessary training will be provided via online modules and on the job. Sales, healthcare, or business development certifications are a plus, but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE

  • Combination of office, community, and external meeting environments
  • Frequent local travel for meetings, events, and partnership development activities may be required
  • May require occasional evening or weekend participation for networking, events, or community engagement initiatives
