Enterprise Enablement, Analytics and Toolchain Integration Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Enablement, Analytics and Toolchain Integration Lead based in United States.

This is a strategic, enterprise-level role focused on strengthening how business analysis teams deliver high-quality requirements across federated environments.
You will connect enablement, analytics, AI-enabled tooling, governance, and delivery platforms into a cohesive operating model.
The role combines hands-on dashboard development and toolchain integration with enterprise adoption and change management.
You will turn operational and requirements data into actionable insights that improve predictability, quality, traceability, and delivery outcomes.
Working across technology, analytics, governance, delivery, and business leadership, you will influence standards and adoption across multiple portfolios.
The environment is highly collaborative, technology-driven, and regulated, with strong emphasis on automation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and maintain a federated business analyst enablement curriculum, curate content, establish standards, and certify capabilities that promote consistent enterprise requirements delivery.
  • Own the integration of standards, templates, patterns, governance gates, and enablement resources into the platforms and working environments used by business analysts, including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, NEXUS surfaces, BI dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve decision-oriented dashboards covering key enterprise success metrics, including leading indicators, data quality, readiness, adoption, and performance measures.
  • Measure standards adoption through delivered artifacts, requirements quality, readiness, traceability, and reductions in rework rather than passive engagement indicators.
  • Analyze portfolio trends and communicate where standards are succeeding, where adoption is lagging, where rework is concentrated, and where targeted interventions can improve outcomes.
  • Apply AI, LLM, agentic, and automation capabilities to enablement and analytics activities, including dashboard narratives, executive communications, content creation, requirement decomposition, synthesis, policy analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Lead enterprise enablement, adoption, and change management initiatives, including communities of practice, stakeholder engagement, communications, curriculum adoption, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with governance, architecture, delivery, analytics, AI enablement, technology, and business leaders to align standards, metrics, tooling, automation, and adoption strategies across portfolios.
  • Collaborate with requirements governance and quality stakeholders to align validation frameworks, tooling, automation, AI-enabled evaluation capabilities, and enterprise adoption strategies.
  • Develop and refine processes, reporting mechanisms, and tool integrations that improve delivery visibility, decision support, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support executive-level storytelling by translating complex operational, delivery, and requirements data into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities related to enterprise enablement, analytics, tooling integration, and continuous improvement as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare management, data analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics, enablement, requirements management, enterprise tooling integration, delivery operations, portfolio management, or a related discipline, preferably within healthcare or another regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and operationalizing enterprise platforms such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS, AI platforms, or comparable requirements and delivery technologies.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, KPI development, reporting design, dashboard architecture, data quality, readiness metrics, and performance measurement.
  • Proven experience using AI/LLM tools, agentic technologies, automation, and analytics platforms to improve workflows, content quality, enablement, decision support, and tool adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leading indicators, mature success metrics, and create dashboards that influence portfolio or executive-level decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, project, hybrid or bi-modal requirements lifecycles, Lean Portfolio Management, product management, portfolio management, and flow-based delivery practices.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise toolchain design and the ability to embed standards, patterns, governance gates, and enablement assets directly into day-to-day workflows.
  • Experience with technologies and platforms such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, AI platforms, analytics solutions, and related enterprise delivery tools is highly valuable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex operational and requirements data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, portfolio optimization, adoption interventions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong change management and community engagement capabilities, with the ability to build and sustain a productive federated community of practice.
  • Comfortable moving between technical integrations, analytics design, AI-enabled automation, stakeholder collaboration, and executive storytelling.
  • Experience supporting traceability, governance, compliance, and audit-readiness practices in regulated environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a strong focus on execution, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Power BI, analytics, Agile, Six Sigma, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
