Onsite Clinic Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Parkview Physicians Group in Goshen, IN is hiring a Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This is a part-time position at Goshen Community Schools Onsite Clinic. We’re looking for an experienced provider to work in a team-centered, collaborative environment. The work schedule is Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am to 11:30 am. From time to time, there will be opportunities to cover at other onsite clinics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
