This role is focused on end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals, ensuring the right talent is sourced, assessed, and placed across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. You will be responsible for connecting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations with qualified physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. The position combines proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and client relationship management in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring hiring quality, speed, and compliance within the healthcare sector. This is a highly people-centric role that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and placement while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Source, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand staffing needs
• Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer negotiation, including salary discussions and compensation alignment
• Support onboarding of selected candidates to ensure a smooth transition into roles
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies

This role requires strong recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare staffing, along with excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare staffing
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles such as physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
