Laboratory Technologist III at Gifford Health Care – Randolph , Vermont

Gifford is seeking a Laboratory Technologist III to join our Laboratory Department.

The position involves adhering to hospital and department policies while completing required competencies in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Phlebotomy. The role includes serving as a resource for providers and support staff regarding technical issues and disease management algorithms. The individual must possess advanced knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additionally, the role requires active participation in maintaining inspection readiness for the department.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Clinical Lab Science desired; ASCP eligible preferred
• BS in Clinical Lab Science or Biology or AS with 3 years previous experience preferred.
