Responsibilities: Job Application Management: Apply for job opportunities on various job portals, company websites, and networking platforms on behalf of our consultants based in the US. Follow-Up: Monitor application status and follow up with employers to ensure timely responses and gather feedback on applications. Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to understand specific job requirements, candidate preferences, and any additional information needed for successful application submissions. Application Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of job applications, responses, and any pertinent details in the company database to track progress and ensure thorough communication with consultants and clients. Client Engagement: Engage with clients and hiring managers to gather insights into their recruitment needs, preferences, and expectations to effectively represent our consultants in the application process. Candidate Representation: Present our consultants in a professional and compelling manner through application materials to maximize their chances of securing interviews and job offers. Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients and consultants to refine application strategies and improve outcomes over time. Requirements: * Recent Graduates or Early Career Professionals: Open to recent graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience, from any educational background, who are enthusiastic about starting a career in sourcing. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. * People Skills: Natural ability to connect with others and build rapport quickly. * Drive to Succeed: Strong motivation to achieve targets and succeed in a dynamic environment. * Adaptability: Willingness to work in a night shift (PST timings) and onsite in Chennai.
