Pre-litigation Case Manager at Davis Law Firm – San Antonio, Texas

We have an immediate openings for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.

Davis Law Firm is one of the largest and most experienced law firms in South Texas that specializes in representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft and send welcome letters
• Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM
• Draft and send letters of representation
• Follow up on liability status on a daily basis
• Monitor medical treatment
• Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates
• Input medical providers to tabs
• Verify balances
• Draft and send demands

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Filevine Case Management system preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Education & Experience:

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
• Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.

Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus MONTHLY BONUS!
