Position summary:
- Responsibilities include inventorying and replenishing supply levels for all perioperative clinical areas within the facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic life support (BLS) within six months of hire.

Required length and type of experience:- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Pursues professional growth and participates in a professional organization.
- The ability to serve as a resource for perioperative personnel in matters such as purchasing procedures, product information and contract compliance.
- Proficient knowledge of phone systems, fax machines, computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
- Reading Comprehension. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and type.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to report back-orders and anticipated release dates for perioperative materials.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical supplies.
