| Job Summary | Provide primary administrative support to the associate Dean, Northern KY Campus leadership and the Office of Medical Education to facilitate excellent delivery of courses. Duties include, but are not limited to, schedule meetings, students, and instructors; draft correspondence; format course documents; reserve rooms; order supplies, as needed. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing courses. Post assigned course/clerkship documents, announcements and student grades on the learning management system (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas). Ensure course materials are processed with accuracy and deadlines met. Carry (or transport by cart) course documents and/or supplies to classrooms across campus. Assist in managing AV needs in classrooms. Maintain accurate computer files and data bases to allow the exchange of information. Learn and utilize new course software as needed (e.g., Oasis, ExamSoft). Attend and participate in meetings. Serve as an administrative support team member in Curriculum. |
