Manager - System Technical and Infrastructure Services at Columbus Regional Health – Columbus, Indiana

What you need to know about this position:

• The Manager – System Technical & Infrastructure Services has overall responsibility for the planning, design and implementation for technical and infrastructure services throughout CRH and provides oversight of local and wide area network services, voice services, server administration and support, storage system administration, database administration and data center management.
• This position orchestrates connectivity to remote locations and overall accountability for project planning and implementation of new infrastructure at all new facilities.
• As the leader you are responsible with assigning staff to various operations and directs their activities, including reviewing and evaluating the work of staff and their professional development – including 13 direct reports.
• The annualized salary range for this position is between $98,384 and $163,945. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• In general this position would work the hours of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm though exact hours could fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.
• This position is eligible for partial remote/hybrid work status consideration, allowing the leader to work from remotely 2 days per week while also committing to working on-site 3 days per week Columbus, IN as needed/requested by the organization.

What the successful candidate will bring to this position:

• Bachelor of Science in related field
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in information services
• Knowledge of VoIP and Data Networking technology, server, storage, database management, Data Center management, business applications and technology.
