Production Associate (3:00pm to 11:30pm) at ThermAvant Technologies LLC – Columbia, Missouri

We are seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with production leadership and engineers to assemble, charge, and test advanced thermal products. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and clean processed manufactured parts.
• Execute all stages of production, including fluid processing, testing, final assembly, and shipping.
• Operate testing equipment such as data acquisition systems, multimeters, power supplies, and chillers.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to provide updates on task progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documented procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on in-process and final hardware to meet production schedules and specifications.
• Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and resolution of non-conformities.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, instrumentation, and controls for various systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math comprehension.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
