Clinic Medical Assistant - WP Family Med at Ozarks Healthcare – West Plains, Missouri

Performs clinical and clerical tasks. Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider. Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients’ charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. May administer injections, draw labs, perform x-rays, EKGs, and other tasks as necessary. Performs routine clerical functions based on knowledge of medical practice procedures and policies.

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or Certified Nursing Assistant Program- Preferred
