We are seeking an out-of-the-box HR Project Coordinator with a strong focus on project management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and lead projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee HR projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across HR functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.

- Conduct regular reviews and analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
