The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity on our Commercial Operations team for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the brewing equipment program for Mother Parker’s Canadian and USA Food Service division. You will be the Commercial SME providing support to the sales organization on our CRM system to facilitate updates, reporting, and equipment program management.
What you get to do:
- Manage the overall sales opportunity process in CRM, understanding the relationship between products and equipment for customers.
- Develop strong business relationships with Sales & Marketing Category, conducting day to day communication and feedback with Sales Team Members, providing equipment expertise to support customers.
- Support users in the day to day running of Microsoft CRM - understand, capture and address user needs and requests.
- Coach and train sales on equipment and opportunity processes in CRM.
- Work with sales and category on equipment opportunity approvals.
- Track and report customer programs.
- Monitor customer compliance and develop reporting tracking to volume commitments.
- Recommend and facilitate process improvements that derive improved engagement between sales and supplier.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer database and CRM data.
- Specific reporting for stakeholders, including the ability to create and alter dashboards, and visualizations across the business (leveraging CRM, PBI, D365).
What you bring to the role:
- CRM experience in current role (experience with D365 Sales considered a plus).
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service.
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage external relationships and hold vendors accountable.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and financial acumen.
- Strong attention to detail and data management abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and in virtual environment).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
