We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time SDR to join our dynamic sales team at our Norman, OK office, offering flexible hybrid work options. The SDR will be instrumental in generating leads and setting appointments for our consulting services in sectors such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and E-commerce, Educational Institutions, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Software Companies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, with excellent communication skills, and looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target sectors.
- Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualification: Assess the potential of inbound leads for conversion.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation.
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in technology or consulting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace, familiarity with AWS, DevOps, and Security concepts is a plus.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
The pay range for this role is:
15 - 25 USD per hour(Headquarters)
