Job Summary

The Observation Assistant may be asked to help provide supportive care to the patient as described below. Monitors patients and reports any potentially unsafe behaviors to the assigned nurse throughout the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education
High School diploma required.
• Experience
Previous experience in patient care, mental health, or home care preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification
None required.
• Skills
Computer skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Excellent customer service skills required.
