Loan Processor at Institution for Savings – Newburyport, Massachusetts

The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work in our Residential Lending Newburyport Office. The responsibility of a loan process is to complete tasks required to move residential mortgage applications from the loan originator to the loan closers using the bank's Loan Processing System (LPS) by performing the following duties: Verify application data is complete, follow up on missing documents, records receipt of loan documents, orders and review credit reports, prepare commitment letter and all other necessary steps to prepare the loan for closing.
